Wouldn't Tatsumaki abuse his Class Z lifting strengh to trample Boros the moment he posed a threat?

Edit: Before Boros had the opportunity to go to Meteoric Burst he would be immobilized and would not be able to enjoy its speed

This is a stomp.

Tatsumaki would kill Boros as she's laughably faster than he is. As well as via scaling, she has much higher AP. And the moment Boros goes into MB, he instantly slaps and blitzes. At that point their AP would be roughly equal.

And if speed was equalised, Tatsumaki kills him with Class Z LS before he does anything. So this is a stomp no matter how you look at it
