The Creeper

Iirc (it has been a few years since I've seen the movies) the Creeper is only active for 23 days every 23 years. So its more like he enters hibernation rather than resurrects himself. Also, his immortality isn't really "true regen" as much as body replacement. Basically the Creeper can consume humans and use their body parts to replace his .
To use an example, you could blow up Deadpool's arm for an infinite period of time and he'd just regenerate it back. But if you did the same to the Creeper, he'd eventually run out of stored body parts.

I'd wait to see if the OP responds again. There could be a clear cut statement about him having that power that I'm not remembering.
