Ok so something to note is Cinner’s temperature manipulation which is in the 8000 Celsius range here, around 6 times lava so he can combat Arthas’ ice and snow. If Lich sends an ice ball he could diffuse it with Lifeline Extension if not just leap over it

Yeeaaahh... don't think Lich King have any chance against Pure Cinner's more haxier abilities, being a genius in combat and having a LS and AP advantage against him. The only thing that Lich King has for him is Statistics Reduction but is pretty much countered by Cinner Statistics Amplification and Accelerated Development.

He does have his stamina advantage, darkness manipulation, teleportation, and flight. And it’s debatable if Cinner’s non-physical interaction can deal with spirits as he’s only used it on light before. Though I won’t argue against it being a stomp if you still think he doesn’t have a chance
