I am not sure. There do not appear to be a lot of 1-A characters in this setting either.

Lucifer once one shot a 1-A with a touch and Mazikeen with his power is capable of empowering someone to 1-A level (Gabriel's 1-A corrupted angel key is when he became Mazikeens (who has lucifers power) servant)

Lucifer and Michael are above 3 1-As thats in this wiki and Gabriel with sword of Azazel killed the Presence

I don't know much about the choushins but some guy told me that they're very uber powerful (unless he's exaggerating) so I decided to put them against another creation trio 1-As
