Ned Leeds (MCU) vs Varys (GoT), battle takes place in a school hallway, 5 meters of distance between them, Ned only has his Standard Equipment, both in character, no prep time and the speed is unequalized.

At least in verses not too high on the 6-C poll, cause I doubt the Sling Ring would work on, say, Servants from Fate or people like Captain Marvel
