Anyways, I always felt that upgrading her (and the rest) with the feat making a tier jump required more support. But I guess it's valid to give her the 8-C rating straight since M.M. made the comment not only after seeing that Lamplighter vaporized the door, but he also saw him burning another supe. So, all in all, I think it's reliable enough. If not, at least I think it should be "likely" instead of "possibly".
