Okay im going to just say this right now: Scaling from the game mechanics that allow low-tier soldiers to survive the abilities is like saying
Bayonetta's or
Dante's attacks dont work on anyone her level because the weakest enemies arent instantly killed. Fodder enemies are irrelevant in scenarios like this. I could say the same thing for Mercer not being able to oneshot every single enemy that is below his level.
3. The only enemies that do that are the Zin Specialists which have the same powers of Telekinesis as the Boss every other enemy besides the Marauders (The Ball enemies) and Wardens get ragdolled until they land.
5. I advise you look at the description of the Tornado upgrade, it explicitly states that the tornado is what knocks things over.
6. "What it looks like" is completely irrelevant.
7. Okay? That doesnt translate into Mercer's combat speed, only his reactions. And you really like to ignore all of the Boss' abilities dont you? Life Force Absorption, Gravity Manipulation, Size Manipulation, these are all hax.
He did not take a nuke point blank, he was literally obliterated and was lucky enough to have a crow land by him so that he was able to consume it and survive, and then regenerated over an extensive period of time. And ordinance like what? Grenades and rockets? Why would him tanking those matter in any way?
You do realize that most fictional portrayals of lightning/electricity dont portray muscle contractions right? And even so, why would it matter if its real or fake electricity? And no, it literally makes enemies collapse. And again, no, Boss has higher speed, Mercer is not blitzing him any time soon.
At this point youre pretty much just downplaying and ignoring the Boss' abilities...
