The Boss (Iron Saint) vs Composite Canon Alex Mercer

Mercer did not tank a nuke point blank, and even then it still left him as a scrap of meat that needed to consume an unknown quantity of biomass (at least a bird) to recover in an unknown period of time.

Okay im going to just say this right now: Scaling from the game mechanics that allow low-tier soldiers to survive the abilities is like saying Bayonetta's or Dante's attacks dont work on anyone her level because the weakest enemies arent instantly killed. Fodder enemies are irrelevant in scenarios like this. I could say the same thing for Mercer not being able to oneshot every single enemy that is below his level.

3. The only enemies that do that are the Zin Specialists which have the same powers of Telekinesis as the Boss every other enemy besides the Marauders (The Ball enemies) and Wardens get ragdolled until they land.

5. I advise you look at the description of the Tornado upgrade, it explicitly states that the tornado is what knocks things over.

6. "What it looks like" is completely irrelevant.

7. Okay? That doesnt translate into Mercer's combat speed, only his reactions. And you really like to ignore all of the Boss' abilities dont you? Life Force Absorption, Gravity Manipulation, Size Manipulation, these are all hax.

He did not take a nuke point blank, he was literally obliterated and was lucky enough to have a crow land by him so that he was able to consume it and survive, and then regenerated over an extensive period of time. And ordinance like what? Grenades and rockets? Why would him tanking those matter in any way?

You do realize that most fictional portrayals of lightning/electricity dont portray muscle contractions right? And even so, why would it matter if its real or fake electricity? And no, it literally makes enemies collapse. And again, no, Boss has higher speed, Mercer is not blitzing him any time soon.

At this point youre pretty much just downplaying and ignoring the Boss' abilities...

Okay someone close this. This is clearly made by a biased OP who is trying to get Mercer to win and is putting on restrictions that only really affect the boss.....

And yet despite those restrictions, I'm still voting for the boss... ah, the sweet taste of irony

Mainly because the boss is so far beyond his league it's not even funny.

I guess I also vote the Boss via one shotting him with death from above. I

When it comes to hax, like what the Boss has, we can't say that anyone with higher AP is automatically immune. That defeats much of the purpose of hax, and defeats the entire purpose of hax resistance as a concept. Even if every boss or sub boss was immune to the Boss's hax, that still wouldn't mean Alex was immune unless it was directly shown that those bosses were immune because of something Alex also has. If they were immune specifically because of their physical strength, it would apply to him, but otherwise, no.

That's 6 votes for the Boss. Random-Helper323 didn't clearly vote for the Boss, although it looks like he/she favoured the Boss.

If it is, can it be added since both are unlocked and it seems to be HEAVILY within the Boss' favour?

No it's decisive, it only looks like that because the OP keeps trying to restrict the boss, but with that in mind, a heavily merged boss vs Mercer is a win on the Bosses page.

@Colonel Krukov

I actually wasn't so much voting as trying to help keep things as in order as possible. I will say The Boss for his hax, if that helps conclude the issue. But basically I was just trying to help out with keeping to the rules.

Can we add this now? Both profiles are unlocked and Boss' victory seems to be unanimous. I'll add them if so.
