I don't think smashing through 13 fences means you multiply by 13. I can do 10 reps of 100lb/45kg easy but I wouldn't ever dream of doing 1 rep of 600 lb/272kg ever. If the fence was 13x thicker or made of a 13x stronger material, the multiplier would make sense. That doesn't to me, but I don't calc at all so maybe that's how it works.
