The Bogeyman vs. The Slenderman

While slendy can't kill Bog, his time Manipulation, pocket Reality, plot Manipulation, radiation Manipulation, but most importantly BFR should grant him the win via Bog not being able to fight him anymore.
 
I think Slenderman has this. Although i don't think his Radiation Manipulation will work against an incorporeal being like the Bogeyman, he can most likely just BFR him to The Collective's realm (which exists beyond Time, mind you) and trap him into a series of infinitely-looping rooms and the like

Or just outright throw him at a random period in time. But he can definitely kill The Bogeyman in more traditional ways, seeing as The Collective are incorporeal spirits in their true forms, yet the Observer states that he can "expunge" them if he wants

EDIT: Just remembered the Bogeyman is an abstract. Meh, BFR is still into play
