The Beast VS Fiamma of The Right

You gotta elaborate more then "Hits anything it targets", is a textbook NLF when it never killed High regen in a specific way.

I would say inconclusive. Radiation is very likely not going to be an issue. Even if Fiamma for some reason doesn't have a decent level of healing magic (when healing by imposition of hands is a super common miracle in Christianity), grimoires inside Index likely have super-good healing spells, like the Baopuzi which is said to contain the instructions to create a drug that heals any illness or curse or the elixir of immortality in the Momotarou grimoire.

I also vote Inconclusive for reasons above, the two likely blast each other without any of the two making much (if any) progress.
 
Actually, looking over the reasoning above again, I'll side with the beast. I don't think Fiamma has anything that can put The Beast down for good, and his various forms of Durability negation would easily be able to put down Fiamma.

Fiamma's Holy Right scales with the strength of his enemy. So if we accept Beast will continually grow stronger beyond his story's shown limits, we also accept Fiamma will always be a bit stronger than him.
 
It's still a standstill. As The Beast has plenty of ways to kill him as soon as he gets the chance. And will keep regenerating no matter how many times Fiamma oneshots him.

This is likely going to be Inconclusive.

The majority seems Inconclusive. Since Fiamma will keep oneshotting and The Beast will keep regenerating.
