This version can't and doesn't do that, see the Fullbring arc where he is much stronger but isnt KOing everything (referring to bog standard powerless humans) around him passively. Its also not in character and being in human bodies or gigai have shown to prevent reiatsu crushing the fodder around them as seen with Ichigo, Isshin, the Visoreds all of the Gotei 13 who have missions in the WotL etc. Thats not to say they can't, but it just takes far more strength or effort to do so.

7-C Han doesn't have much dura ignoring (his mindhax is hardly combat amplicable with him needing the enemy to try to invade his mind), but he has ridicolous mana regen, forcefields a garole, and a 60 strong armada of Golems, so yeah he is a no.
