I think this is already accounted for in his AP justification from the looks of it.

Ye, is already there all it need to be changed is his key which is the one from when the princes were low 1-C

I guess it's fine, I'm just not sold on High 1-B being such a rating for everyone. I liked it better when it was Low 1-C /1-C.

U need to be 5D/6D for low 1-C and 7D/8D to be 1-C

Btw , i see matt said about 1-C TES but on my common knowledge , Aurbis cosmology is comprised by mundus (Low-1C ) , oblivion (H1B) , aetherius (H1B) respectively , what a sort of cosmology make them 1-C ?

That was before.

They were considered 1-C cus they where above mundus but after the upgrades and going more inept into oblivion and dimentions and the new scaling sistem they became H1B

Mundus is like 1-C but the Daedric Princes were agreed to be High 1-B due to having control over practically all of Oblivion and the Aedra scale to them since they keep Oblivion from consuming Mundus and stuff.
