Speed is equalized, and victory through death, incapacitation, BFR, etcetera.

Happy birthday to me. I thought about this matchup before so I decided to make it now.

Depends on if he can beat Teitoku's type 8 or stop his matter Manipulation from breaking him down.

He can probably reconstruct his body and absorb stuff to repair damage.

I don't know exactly how good Teitoku's type 8 but Teridax has atomic destruction and bfr stuff.

Basically you have to destroy all Dark Matter in the world to kill him and he has his consciousness spread to all of them, he can come back from BFR and atomic destruction won't do much.

And he can reconstruct his body, but I don't think he can really tank Kakine's Matter Manipulation, so I'll probably go with Teitoku
