I want to ask if Yuuki Kagurazaka (WN) can achieve tier 2C or higher when he uses more different skills, also I also want to reevaluate Yuuki's profile because I find it lacking quite a lot feat that he should have had

It's not even possible to scale Yuuki (WN) above base Low 2C.

Yuuki Kagurazaka (Web Novel) profile is in pretty bad shape, but updating Yuuki's profile is hard work as he is a character with almost every abilities in the Tensura Web Novel. I think it makes more sense to focus on other characters like Diablo, Veldora instead of Yuuki.

(I want to reread the whole Web Novel and go through all the profiles but I don't have time for that. I'll probably only deal with some profiles until next year.)
