I just noticed something: Cook, called Chef here, looks to have Matter Manipulation

It also looks Diablo (Web Novel) has Matter Manipulation as well:

All the Daemons who don't have Matter Manipulation yet should get it too, in this case Testarossa, Ultima, Beretta and Mizari. They, as well as Gii Crimso, Carrera, and obviously Diablo himself, should also all get the ability "Matter Creation" added to their profiles.

THey should get it. I think be written as Creation rather than Matter Manipulation now.
