Kaltias pointed out most of the reasons. Probability Manip and Reality Warping will enable TTGL to harm Zamasu. Reactive Evolution will continuously increase the gap in power between them. His regen will keep TTGL alive. Also since this is Immortal Soul Zamasu it means he is in his mad state and unable to work out a strategy.
All in all I think TTGL should have this.

This seems like a stomp match. I don't see how Zamasu has any chance of winning.

Fusion Zamasu gets easily atomized since TTGL have whole lot hax to easily take down Zamasu.
