In season 6, episode 5 "Radio Silence", Peter Hale managed to go through a portal, the same one that previously vaporized a normal guy completely, which would yield 0.68 tons of tnt or Small building level energy
Using this, Scott as an alpha would scales much more higher than Peter as he managed to harm and knock him out without much efforts (Teen Wolf: Season 4, Episode 12) and should upscale from him in durability due to his rank. So Scott McCall should be Small Building level (Only for True Alpha key)
For the powers and abilities, Scott would have Resistance to Status Effect Inducement since he cannot get drunk (Teen Wolf: Season 1, Episode 8)
I think he would also have Martial Arts, as shown in this and was later praised by Deucalion who himself is skilled in Bagua, and defeated Allison Argent during a small duel, clearly showing some skills
