Hmm....is there a reason as to wht the HHS calc wasn't accepted or something? In fact, did we even had a discussion about this a while back concerning the calc?

My problam with the Hypersonic+ for DB charcaters is because Goku got like no training and was some how got to Sub-Rel in 3 years from Hypersonic+.
But we still do need something to give him that boost

Actually, I find it good (the calc). Seems pretty legit.

Though there is the thing that Promestein mentioned: Do we count it as HHS attack speed or apply this beyond it to like their combat and probably even reaction speed (i.e HHS combat speed and reactions)?

@Prom: Mmm. Fair enough. Yeah i can definitely see it as him having the reactions to deflect it. Otherwise he would have just been hit full on if he didn't.
Since Alaka, DT, and Aiden found it to be fine, so do i. This upgrade is definitely a better boost to go by than not upgrading them at all and leaving them that slow at Hypersonic+ speeds...

The calc has been accepted and it seems to be reasonable for combat speed, so I'll update the relevant characters.

I think it's okay to do so, yes. If 3 of our calc members said it was fine to them and we have a couple more who thinks it's alright (including those of staff like me and Cal here), it should be good to update them accordingly, Prom. *Nods*

It is that, Cal. Only Goku as he was from that arc is being upgraded. Everything else before that stays the same, it looks like.

I know they aren't linear, they're exponential. So using them in a linear format would be lowballing it.Promestein said:

What we can not do is scale the City Level feat at 260 backwards to 5. But that's not what I'm doing.
