Nicole, Yuki, Bobert, Penny, Ocho, and Tina Rex are 8-C due to being considerably stronger than Gumball Watterson, a 9-A. However, Gumball is around baseline 9-A. Since there’s no indication that they’re 50x stronger than Gumball, they should simply be “At least 9-A”.
