No, Celebrimbor is already dead. He's bound to Talion and without him or the ring, Talion dies permanently.

He's can get eaten by a Graug and still resurrect. Not sure what that Qualifies as but he kills Talion, Talion goes WTF and proceeds to Hax the shit out of him.
