the T-Rex should be a better natural fighter, and while it's outdone in sheer power, it'll be far more vicious than the elephant thing. I think it should win, tho it'll be tough

Paraceratherium is larger, but aside from its limbs, it lacks any real weapons with which to quickly kill the Tyrannosaurus. The Tyrannosaurus, meanwhile, has very effective weapons for this type of fight, and it has experience in hunting animals significantly more well armed than the rhino. The Paraceratherium could put up a fight, but more often than not the Tyrannosaurus could win.
