Swampfire Vs Katara

Also editing this since I agree giving her prior knowledge about Ben isn’t fair and is in her favour, When Ben doesn’t have the same either.

Katara doesn’t need prior knowledge here since she is bloodlusted and is fighting a plant. Ripping water out was the very first thing Hama taught her for bloodbending training.

Voting Katara.

Yeah I’m not going to entertain this more unless something new has been brought up.

She immediately makes Swampfire shrivel and die by ripping water out.

You still haven’t proven that he has water inside of him 😭😂😂

He’s a plant, Occam’s razor, and you haven’t proved he doesn’t. Funny how that works.
An alien plant which hasn’t shown any indication of actually possessing water.
Your entire argument is that he’s a plant, yet Diamondhead appears to be diamonds, yet isn’t actually a diamond.
Can you please give genuine proof for him possessing water? He hasn’t shown in his physiology that he does

  1. Naming fallacy.
  2. Diamondhead isn’t diamond because we get told he isn’t diamond.
  3. That’s a false equivalence
  4. Swampfire is a plant
  5. He has been shown to contain liquid
  6. He has a vascular system
  7. When reflecting damage to Ben’s base, his body is withered just like a plant
  8. Other plant species in the setting such as the Highbreed do need water.
  9. Katara can waterbend oil my guy. It doesn’t need to be water. As long as it’s liquid, she is chilling.
Maybe instead of demanding proof that a plant contains water, provide your own that he doesn’t. All that’s been mentioned in this thread so far is that he contains methane (so do humans), his internals don’t freeze (Highbreed already established that plant-based aliens don’t give af about that stuff) and he hasn’t dried out (evolutionary adaption to not die to his own ability).
