1. Naming fallacy.
2. Diamondhead isn’t diamond because we get told he isn’t diamond.

5. He has been shown to contain liquid
6. He has a vascular system
7. When reflecting damage to Ben’s base, his body is withered just like a plant
8. Other plant species in the setting such as the Highbreed do need water.
9. Katara can waterbend oil my guy. It doesn’t need to be water. As long as it’s liquid, she is chilling.

Maybe instead of demanding proof that a plant contains water, provide your own that he doesn’t. All that’s been mentioned in this thread so far is that he contains methane (so do humans), his internals don’t freeze (Highbreed already established that plant-based aliens don’t give af about that stuff) and he hasn’t dried out (evolutionary adaption to not die to his own ability).
