Swamp Thing (Classic) Revision

So, the Swamp Thing (Classic) page hasn't been updated for a couple years, most of what I am changing is just fixing the scaling to the current tiers of the characters Swamp Thing scales to, or applying the changes from the recent Cosmology revision, but a couple aspects of the justifications don't fall into that easily so I didn't want to change them without a CRT.

Swamp Thing's Base Form key is: At least 2-C, likely 2-A. 2-A at Full Power

This is the justification:

At least Low Multiverse level (Described as being one with the World / Universe multiple times), likely Multiverse level+ (Fought and defeated Anton Arcane when, according to the Monitor, he had become as powerful as Trigon and the Spectre (Jim Corrigan). Holds control over the forces that make up Creation). Multiverse level+ at Full Power (Easily warped and remade the entirety of the Green with a hand gesture, the Green being a metaphysical realm connected to all separate timelines of Creation, and which was unaffected by the collapse of the Pre-Crisis Multiverse)

So it's scaling to Spectre and holding control over the elements, and scaling to the Green. For the former, Spectre is now 2-C, and no longer has a "likely 2-A" so that should be changed to 2-C. For the "2-A at full power" I don't see the basis for considering it 2-A and the phrase "connected to all separate timelines of creation" isn't supported by the linked scan, which just says the Green touches all realms/spaces. Even if it was connected to all timelines I'm not sure I'd consider it 2-A automatically, but it isn't so that's a moot point. For for the first key, it should just be "2-C."

Swamp Thing's "God Swamp Thing" key is Low 1-C, possibly 1-A with the justification:

Low Complex Multiverse level (Exists as a Higher-Dimensional Conceptual Being beyond all creation and all Metaphysical Parliaments), possibly Outerverse level (The Word, the Spectre's older and stronger brother, didn't confront Swamp Thing until the latter's powers were removed. Potentially equal to the Voice itself. Was going to replace Yahweh and recreate the whole of Creation. Absorbed all of the Parliaments, exists as the full embodiment of the Green, a conceptual power equivalent to the Red, a completely nonphysical and transcendental "implicate order" of ideas and imagination from which the "explicate order" of physical reality merely unfolds from. The Red's highest world transcends the limits of the human mind and cannot be charted by three-dimensional maps as it exists outside of space and time.)

If he's scaling to Yahweh this should just be "possibly 1-C" given the recent cosmology revision. We should also probably remove the Animal Man scans, since it ropes in a lot of weird stuff that Swamp Thing was never connected to. So after all is said and done, Swamp Thing would go from: At least 2-C, likely 2-A. 2-A at Full Power | Low 1-C, possibly 1-A ----------> 2-C | Low 1-C, possibly 1-C

These changes will affect the following profiles via scaling:

First of the Fallen (Vertigo)
Nergal (Vertigo)
Chantinelle (Vertigo)
John Constantine (Classic)

It isn't downplay. We made an extreme effort to investigate and try to figure out the actual structure of this verse.
