Few Classic Moon Knight fixes (Marvel)

It's more of a clean-up after the Moon Knight revision, with a few little additions. This is focused on Classic Moon Knight.

Tier naming fixing:

"Varies from 9-B up to at least High 8-C, higher with equipment, up to Low 1-A when empowered by the Demogoblin" should be changed to "Varies from 9-B up to at least High 8-C when empowered by the Demogoblin, higher with equipment, up to Low 1-A"

This created some confusion in the thread, making staff think that Demogoblin could reach tier 1, which isn't the case. It was a mixture of MK's weapons and his own hax resistances, not related to Demogoblin. The change makes it clear that demogoblin is not tier 1.

Clean-up of power and abilities:

Look at my old blog. Basically I just wanna change the layout of how is P&A looks (ignore everything else).
I'd like to also add details like adding types to his acrobatics like "Hypermobility, All-Terrain Mobility & Self-Momentum" which he should have. Add afterimages creation for doing that, add more pressure points feats, and change his magic ability to magic from marvel, which should be obvious why.

Add marksmanship or superhuman precision alongside weapon mastery:

It's a pretty obvious case, this ability was removed when the previous revision was applied because OP was lazy. I'll just show a few cases.
Here. MK throws his weapons at multiple enemies while dodging. (Marc Spector: Moon Knight Vol 1 31)
Here. Uses his baton to disarm Bushman by ricocheting, and the baton comes back to his hand. (Moon Knight Vol 3 4)
Here. Ricochetes his baton to hit the back of Morpheus' head. (Moon Knight Vol 1 Issue 12)
Here. Throws his baton to disarm a musket. ()
Here. While poisoned, he uses his crescent dart to disarm a dart shooter. (Marc Spector: Moon Knight Vol 111)
Here. Throws a dart in a sniper's barrel. (Marvel Team-Up Annual Vol 1 4)
Here. Does it again but with two guns at the same time. (Marvel Two-In-One Vol 1 52)
Here. Ricochets his baton to disarm two people at once. (Marc Spector: Moon Knight Vol 1 36)

Speed change:

I know there's a big speed revision right now, but that shouldn't really affect MK all that much because he's a variable character. Right now he is set at Subsonic to Hypersonic. I want to officialize the values by adding actual MK calcs to his profile, for example this Subsonic one and this High Hypersonic one. It shouldn't affect scaling since hypersonic is still there, we are just putting his lowest feat up to his highest. This will probably affect his Modern profile though, since he should just upscale from his old self. Still, like I said, scaling probably won't be affected.

This appears straightforward and uncontroversial. Leaning agree (i'll look at this more in-depth later).
