Susano'o Terumi vs Kharn the Betrayer

Terumi is still 300+ Yotta scaling from the other feat

Susano'o is resistant to Kharn's reality warping and due to being at least MHS+ in movement speed, should be able to dance around him.

But due to both being unable to die due to immortalities, resurrections and regenerations, I'm willing to go inconclusive as none of them have a way to permanently put down the other due to their immortalities unless Susano'o has Time Killer which I don't think he does.
