The Bugs Bunny profile states he has resistance to void manip for surviving in a void. Is this actually valid, and if so shouldn’t this apply to a lot of characters?

Surviving in a void = Resistance to Void Manipulation?

Depends on the void, and i don't think it is valid, unless the void is shown to erase stuff that enters there, and at that poin is less "surviving in a void" and more "surviving in a EE field"

The void Bugs was in can't be considered a Real void, it was an area outside the plot (Or a 4th wall break, and I don't think fictional voids would even be there in the 1st place).

If the void induce certain conditions to anyone that's within, and someone that end up there reduces these effects, then it can be considered resistance (unless the void itself have a limited range of applications); otherwise it doesn't grant anything.
