Say a character has some feat done through hax and not their physical power, but then there happens to be another feat on that level done through physical power. Would it be possible that the feat done through hax can be used as a supporting feat for a specific tier while also having the physical power feat as their justification for the powerscaling?

As an example for better context, say a character destroyed a planet through reality warping that isn’t done through physical power. However, another character has a feat of destroying a planet themselves through physical power.

Well, as long as if the kind of hax in question isn't really that different from their physicals and later on does the same kind of feat physically, it should still be fine.

The question is always whether the hax in question corresponds to any ranking to begin with.
By our celestial body feats page destroying a planet through reality warping is planet level anyway. Now, the question is if it's just planet level reality warping or additionally applies to other stats. And you know the usual considerations regarding that.
Like, if you really warped the planet via a spell and then had another planet level feat via another spell, sure.
If you reality warped the planet via a wish granting device and then had the other planet level feat via a ki blast, then it probably doesn't support it.
