Yo that's a potential country level feat, but sadly think it would be an outlier.

Not really, It has never been properly adressed.
Probably because no one has bothered to calc it (at least in this wiki) , but the presumptions that can be used are on the paper itself and the implication is that Superman stopped a devastating earthquake, so he at least stopped an earthquake of magnitude 6.0 up to 7.0 he did this by shifting a tectonic plate, this can only mean he cancelled out the whole seismic moment and not the radiated waves, which according to the EQ energy calculator places him somewhere in 7-A up to 6-C
But, considering his showings in the movie don't go beyond low-7-B they could this feat could likely be an outlier.
