Emperor is the strongest 4-A and 4-B on the site. He absolutely hax stomps Superman

Primarch Horus (Not even Chaos, but normal Horus) was deemed to stomp Superman from the sheer AP difference (3.5 GigaFOE vs 616 KiloFOE) so how could Superman stand a chance against someone far far superior to Horus?

Yeah, 1-A Emperor and Chaos Gods are very very slightly above baseline while Thought Robot is way above baseline.
