Well Cell is stronger and more durable though slower so i think Cell will lose as the speed is too far even with the upcoming upgrades for round 2 round 1 its easily Cell

That depend how you want to look his feats.

Travel speed's feats put him at MFTL+, but his Combat speed's feats put him at only MFTL.

Yes it does. Not only that but Superman can also freeze people which ignores durability I think. And nobody in DB has resisted freezing

Superman is several hundreds of times faster than light, and if that speed upgrade is implemented, Veggeto would be MFTL so the speed is not that large

True but speed only means so much if you can't actually hurt your opponent. but intangibility does mak things tough

Pre Crisis Supes without the sword I would still say Wally is faster imo. With the Sword however his powers just become even more ridiculous than they already were so yeah he would be faster.
