Giving this to Zoom as well, Kara was about as fast as Barry was before he got the Speed boost to match and possibly exceed Zoom in Speed, quoting from Wells, Zoom was like 4x faster then Barry was, so Zoom is likely around 4x faster then Kara as well

Zoom should have it. He wouldn't hesitate to phase through her chest and crush her heart. Kara has a lot of useful abilities, but Zoom is has one that would work on her and is more than willing to kill her.

Hardly. Supergirl has absolute zero icebreath, heat vision, and the super flare. Its just Zoom can bypass any durability and is more likely to just go for the kill. Supergirl has variety, Zoom just has one power that could be used against her that effectively.

Doesnt matter. Mind control doesnt enchanced her, so her feats are still the same. And she was alsmost as fast as Barry (who was equal to zoom at that point). As seen in the invasion, barrys lighting did nothing to her. So, the only things zoom can do are a supersonic punch and to phase through her. The supersonic punch is probably useless against her (city-block durability), so the only thing he can do is to phase through her and crush her heart or something like that. But she can fly and shoot damn lasers at him. So ... she has the advantage and wins this 7/10.

Zoom can easily dodge said lasers, and he can also run on air (I'm pretty sure he can). Supergirl can't stand a chance because Zoom can dodge her attacks. And even if Flash is as fast as Zoom as of right now (which I'm pretty sure he isn't) Supergirl is still slower than Flash, thus making Zoom faster. Speedblitz.

he cant run on air (never saw that in the show) and yes, flash was as fast as zoom at the end of season 2. Supergirl is slower than zoom, but not enough for speedblitz.
