A feat of Emperor Exhaus absorbing multiple constellations is the big one
But besides that there are quite a few solid feats
like FTL travel speeds for several of the Carrangers vehicles and for the Bowzock

For feats
The main bad is universal and can do stuff like send the rangers to an alternate Timeline and other stuff.

The first mecha has nice speed feat where it flies across the planet.

In the last episodes of Zyuranger. Bandora created a demiplace [Burai calls it Mahokai (魔法界) in japanese]. He also says that the demiplace is a void (無のセカイ; world of nothing) and a labyrinth. In the next episode (50), Bandora felt pain when Geki frees the Guardian Beasts.

Based on this, is Bandora's tier 1-A?
