Death upon yeHey Armor, sorry to bring up Reclusa again, but HEAR ME OU
(this isn't about 2-B or
2-A, this is the 3-A and low 2-C DDM brought up, and some other stuff)
Can you open the thread for votes on the compromise, or should I make a new one? Regardless of whether or not you agree, I feel its worth voting for.
This is fair (although I do disagree with the uni stuff) but you should make a new thread rather than open the old one. It'd let you organize the arguments in a more comprehensible way and get more attention on it more easily. If possible, I'd also like to discuss some hax that I didn't delve much into, like his invulerability and attack scanning.
I also recall FinePoint saying that if Reclusa is made of energy, he should at least be incorporeal, considering there was a hard disagree on conceptual as of now.
This should be simpler, so could you, too, participate, @Imaginym ?
At last High 6-A, likely far higher. I'll agree he's way stronger than the bros but I don't think there's any tangible feats that put him higher than the existing rating. If you dont, btw, what tier would YOU say Reclusa is? Because I think we can both agree that there is no way he's merely continent level like the current base Bros (as they clearly needed an amp to match his strength)
Alright, I will make a new thread. Can I delve into Zeekeeper (and others) upscale for him as an option in the same thread, or should that be another one? This is fair (although I do disagree with the uni stuff) but you should make a new thread rather than open the old one. Up to you, I don't see a problem with putting it in this thread though.Alright, I will make a new thread. Can I delve into Zeekeeper (and others) upscale for him as an option in the same thread, or should that be another one?
I don't think we accept that as a tier 5 feat at all. It's the bros attack where they swing planets around, right? I think it's just not considered a real feat cause the actual size of these planetoids is inconsistent. People tried to get it accepted and it was considered debunkedAlso, can characters scale to their durability? I have that question because Reclusa has a pretty blatant minimum planet level durability feat ---
(tanking Conductor Connector, which while the Bros only need continent level strength to pull it off, the output is clearly at least planetary)
They absorb the energy of planetoids and fire it out of The Great Conductor's ass, to be precise.I don't think we accept that as a tier 5 feat at all. That can't be the logic, they'd just scale back to the non-Reclusa bosses who can tank the impact.IIRC, the reason the Bros dont scale to it is for similar reason with the Zee Egg --- its technically the summon that's using the attack, all Luigi had to do was ride the cord.
The Great Conductor gets planetary to solar system, Luigi and Mario only get Continent for the part they played in the attack.
Uhm, pretty sure draining the entire energy of a multiple planetary bodies at a point in time and multiplied even, over the length they do it for, isn't even High 6-A.They absorb the energy of planetoids and fire it out of The Great Conductor's ass, to be precise.
Satellite is just the actual term for orbiting objects, like our moon is a satellite, and so are jupiters 10 billion puny moons. These are called "satellites", so they're likely full to the brim with energy.
Proof? And I'm not asking to be slick or whatever, if you have actual hard canon proof they're meant to be, that's helpful and can be used to actually get something from this even if it's not cosmic, but hence why you should post said proof. They're also canonically meant to be planet sized.
Wtf is up with Nintendo and magic aids, like we got Phazon, Malice, also Gloom, Glohm, whatever tf is going on in that one pokemon game, etc.Reclusa also absorbs loneliness and turns it into energy in the form of Glohm, which is how he operates. Everyone can have Glohm channeled from them, he stores this in the Soli-tree ---

No they aren't? They're just sparkle fx? Unless we're looking at two diff things.![]()
Conductor Connector
Conductor Connector is Mario's final Bros. Attack in Mario & Luigi: Brothership and the final Bros. Attack of the game. It is given to Mario by the Great Conductor himself near the end of Mario and Luigi's quest to collect the power of bonds to fill...www.mariowiki.com
First off, the illustration. Those are stars.
Satellites can be as small as a few meters, in fact, most are. Being a satellite doesn't implicate a size, it simply tells us it orbits something. That actually isn't very helpful.Next off, the description deliberately calls them satellites:
The speed and movement is consistent with actual planets from our solar system in our world, and gravity works as expected with their orbits.
Stylization based on what? That also doesn't explain a single qualm? It's just effectively saying "it's widely disproportionate and inconsistent" and thus to use that as an excuse, but all that really would mean if we went that route, is it's unquantifiable as a whole without further proof because we wouldn't know what's what. Also, if all else fails, we literally see Luigi fly out of orbit of the planet he's on. Simple stylization can explain any other qualms, and yes, that planet in the middle is mostly just water, but a planet nonetheless.
Why are you replying to me as if I know, I wasn't part of it, it's why I'm asking you for proof. How did you all "debunk" this anyways? That's like, the most in your face thing you could possibly try and ignore...
It do be kinda cool ngl.Because its cool
No they aren't? They're just sparkle fx? Unless we're looking at two diff things.
Regardless, we evidently have two very different interpretations of "canonically", I was expecting some sort of statement or a direct comparison to a thing with a known size. Something that hard confirms it.
Well yeah those are obviously, but they're literally a trillion miles away and have absolutely nothing to do with the feat or anything they interact with?
They're smaller, and in that vain, how big is that? They can't be comparable mind you, you mentioned gravity right? They're small and less dense enough to orbit said object, if they were equitable they're tear each other apart, not orbit it at all, and so forth. Which thinking on it, wouldn't this make these moons, and not planets? Even in the best case scenario. As I said, the planet (Concordia is the name of the dimension, but I'll just call it Concordia for ease) is right there in the middle. You can easily compare from there. That's a planet.
Well yeah we kind of have to?If you need to know the size of them, as in measurements...
Curvature isn't telling us how big those are bro.It might be curvature time. Unless there's an easier way.
They're not, even at face value they'd have like 3x less mass, and they can't be if they're satellites to it anyway. But yeah they're the same size as Concordia...
Size is what we could work to find, but the point is we shouldn't exactly be going so heavy on the science in this looney-tunes sorta franchise.Well yeah those are obviously, but they're literally a trillion miles away and have absolutely nothing to do with the feat or anything they interact with?

I don't think I need to explain that we have to otherwise there's no point even indexing or calcing anything. It follows rules otherwise it's unquantifiable, and if it's unquantifiable, it can't be calced.Size is what we could work to find, but the point is we shouldn't exactly be going so heavy on the science in this looney-tunes sorta franchise.
I already said this but, you know that doesn't mean anything right? They can be miniscule to huge, and anything inbetween. To be more clear, a satellite is about the relationship, not the size. It could be anything gravitationally bound in a stable orbit, from microscopic grains to building sized asteroid moons (for example, dimorphos which is 160m across iirc), they can also be huge like ganymede and titan, which larger in diameter than Mercury.Size is relevant, but other than that, we should probably just believe the game if it tells us these are satellites.
If curvature can't work (why can't it work?), what could?I don't think I need to explain that we have to otherwise there's no point even indexing or calcing anything. It follows rules otherwise it's unquantifiable, and if it's unquantifiable, it can't be calced.
Do we know how big the main planet is?If curvature can't work (why can't it work?), what could?
It's planet sized, but we need to find the specifics.Do we know how big the main planet is?
That's a good point to make, but Reclusa is technically the only one to have been confirmed to have tanked it in IN-LORE:That can't be the logic, they'd just scale back to the non-Reclusa bosses who can tank the impact.
And there it is
Galaxy movie direct is out. (Skip to 29:50)
They could do that and take inspiration from Galaxy 2's final boss fight for the final battle.Gonna predict that in an attempt to get himself back to normal size, Bowser and Bowser Jr are gonna accidently go overboard and turn him giant.
Honestly she might have been destined for this roleI did not expect Brie Larson to voice Rosalina, but so far, her voice sounds fantastic.
Honestly she might have been destined for this role
Bowser Jr has the freaking Prowler themePretty good trailer overall, solid choices for the voices of Bowser Jr and Rosalina. Gonna predict that in an attempt to get himself back to normal size, Bowser and Bowser Jr are gonna accidently go overboard and turn him giant.
I'm pretty sure the light on the "A" is actually on the "L" since all of the lights seems to appear at corners, and this one seems to be on the tip of the "L." That would make the "message," "HE MR GLY" instead.![]()
"HE MR GAY"
Okay. Once, it's an accident
Two times, it's a coincidence
Three times, it's on purpose
No, no, look closely. The sparkle effect starts on the "A"I'm pretty sure the light on the "A" is actually on the "L" since all of the lights seems to appear at corners, and this one seems to be on the tip of the "L." That would make the "message," "HE MR GLY" instead.
By the same logic, the fourth sparkle starts on the "I," not the "R."No, no, look closely. The sparkle effect starts on the "A"
HE MI GAYBy the same logic, the fourth sparkle starts on the "I," not the "R."
She's actually gone on record multiple times to say she'd love to play Samus in a Metroid movie. So I think that's actually the case, yeahThat's hilarious. I understand why Chris Meledandri introduced her as a "Nintendo superfan" now.
