SUPER cyborgs Franky vs Genos

Ok, stopping the spam.
IIRC Genos scales either to Suiryu or Child Emperor's backpack (which vaporized a lake where the two ninjas were and tanked like it was nothing). Both feats are above baseline while Franky's High 7-C comes from hurting Oars who's at least 343 Kilotons. Of course he's weaker than that, but it's still more powerful than Genos if the numbers I gave are correct.
With his weaponry Franky should have a slight edge in versatility.
When it comes to fighting skill I don't recall any instance where Genos actually showed some impressive feat but Franky went toe to toe with Luffy and defeated a master martial artist like Fukurou by himself. He even matched him while he ran out of cola which is his fuel.
Genos has the flight and range advantage, which helps a lot. But his ranged attacks consumes fuel and neither Franky nor Genos would spam range because both can run out of fuel. The difference is that Genos is pretty much defenseless once that happens while Franky can still hold his own without cola. Plus, Genos is weaker than Franky so if he runs out of energy he won't stand a chance.
I honestly see Franky gaining new technology after beating Genos. Genos has good advantages here, but Genos' flight is limited and his combat mindset is a great disadvantage against someone like Franky. Sure, Franky plays around a lot and is a clown at times, but he knows how to fight. On top of that he dealt with both Nero and Fukurou, both fighters with a better flight than Genos'.
