since the rel+ high 6a are "possibly", u can decide whether to use them or not in matches, so pre balding Saitama is decent
 
speed doesnt really matter at all since most battles are speed equalized
scaling above tatsumaki/psykosorochi = 20 exatons + having an insane reactive evolution makes him a really annoying character to find a good match oof, gets stomped or stomps

I know a guy who is 10-A but has 9-A weapons which means pre balding saitama can either oneshot him or he oneshots saitama just depends who lands the first hit more

funny to think, he might be above the bullet’s tier before it lands on him considering on how fast he evolves, if he’s bloodlusted his motivation will skyrocket
 
it’s a possibly stomp for both sides, every battle that is decided in one shot can be considered a stomp, a wincon ya know.
Stomp would mean the other side cannot win at all whether via stats, hax, or skill

But the fact that both sides can one-shot each other as long as each side can land a single hit on each other (and one just is able to land it more most of the time) it may not be a stomp
