-Extremely common feat

-Between the also popular High 7-A and High 6-C

-Hosts most of the Touhou cast and once hosted all fully evolved Pokémon

Virgin 5-C:

-Almost no one is there

-Anyone who busts the moon either gets a higher feat or busts it too hard and goes to Low 5-B

-Hosts powertrips like Yhwach or Medaka

-Coupled with the almost as unusued Low 5-B

There's multiple aspects of the attack. Like being resistant to fire wouldn't stop the poison part of the fire that poisons you. If you think that the dura neg comes from the EE, people who weren't skilled enough to EE with PoD could still neg dura.
