Basically, there's this little girl, who is kind of an author avatar, I think, I'm not sure (she was based on the writer's daughter, and not on the writer himself, so I dont know if it counts).

It is pretty metafictional, she has a magic pencil that gives her control over every comic book ever written, and they mention how there are an infinite amount of comic books; it is also mentioned that every comic book is it's own separate universe. Basically, she has total control an infinite multiverse.

On a side note, I just went on a heavy nostalgia trip because I had this comic when I was 4 years old.
