Strongest Character for each country?

I thought we weren't using irl philosophy?

Platonic forms aren't really characters and modern religions are too controversial. Although Hinduism is tier 0 too.

Poland has a ton of comedy comics and the withcher.

for some reason, the witcher seems similar in power to what skyrim would be if you didn't have the greybeard feat,a lthough i'm probably missing something

I don't think it'd have to be, just do some explanation I guess.

I don't think the blog will load. Pretty sure the banlist is for the countries with well known tier 0s, as in USA has DC writer, TOAA, and azathoth.

I think I once read someone that there is Brazilian comic book with a 2-A statement.
Basically, there's this little girl, who is kind of an author avatar, I think, I'm not sure (she was based on the writer's daughter, and not on the writer himself, so I dont know if it counts).

It is pretty metafictional, she has a magic pencil that gives her control over every comic book ever written, and they mention how there are an infinite amount of comic books; it is also mentioned that every comic book is it's own separate universe. Basically, she has total control an infinite multiverse.

On a side note, I just went on a heavy nostalgia trip because I had this comic when I was 4 years old.
