TP will still work, since it can interact with NEP1 and 2, and it can interact with Demon Realm and Demon as both also removed from Time Scroll thus lack info 2. Also, let me guess, this is from D profile?

He seems powerful, but I don't see any resistance to history or info type 2 EE, so UT CC goku passively stomps. And Time power EE can erase beings with NEP 1 & 2 that lacks info type 2. So yeah.

Idk, probably same spot as Sacred Ancestor, also, his NEP justification is bad, it is just that his soul is both exist and not exist, he still have physical body, and he lack Info 2 hax due to being absence from Akashic Record

From what I observed, he doesn't have Ae 1 concept based, and his concept manip is useless, since d will be passively erased before he can activate in a historical level and with info type 2 + a ton of layers.

It is the range of Akashic Record, not D's conceptual aura range, AR is of course Low 1-C range but it is an item and need to be used, what i'm asking about is the range of D conceptual aura

No, type 1 concept have nothing to do with range, you could have a 3D type 1 concept and the Fount of Life is one of those. Also 4D =/= tier 2 range, you could have a 4D structure, object, etc....but with insignificant, small size. Also like AP, there are character who have 4D AP but do not have tier 2 range, this also applies to hax potency

D has High-Godly regen iirc, but again even if we ignore the Info 2 and History EE, Goku just constantly delete D body and soul thus no different from getting incapped

Well DBH characters beats almost all Wizard101 except for spider, because he has AE concept based. But Arale stalemate with him because she exist inside and outside the plot simultaneously, resulting in a incon, which you put them in a tie due to that reason. The same logic is applicable to the Primodials themselves, DBH characters can't interact with them yet they are unable to put down Arale permanently because she exist within and outside of the plot, resulting in an incon as well.. So I'd say that all 3 of them are in a constant tie for 5th place.

I do think Wizard101 should win,. If it wins actually all three of them should be tie in 5th.
I'm even doubting how are the Primodials above D? the insane things D has in his arsenal are too much for the Primodials imo, but D get stomped by DBH chars tho so idk.
