Hope and fear still can interact with type 1 cm. They are already type 1 concepts. But yes, it was rejected with 1 bruocrat, 1 admin and 3 thread mod votes

Honestly, how does something qualify for it?

I always thought to qualify you needed to show it being the metaphysical nature of a thing that's shaped by it, and for type 1 you needed independence from the object.
