"Stronger than before"

Alright so, speaking as someone who uses this term a lot, and I mean a lot... how exactly do we treat something like this?

I mean more in how much stronger does a character get with this statement?

We know that some characters get stronger with each appearance they make, but how much "stronger than before" has this character gotten with just this statement and/or knowledge? Keep in mind also how the character does not have any backing or notable feats.

Not sure if this has been asked and answered before.

Say with feats, we knew that a character was 7-A before they "got stronger". Their new tier would then be 7-A, likely higher. Without any backing feats it is impossible to confirm the exact limits of a character's strength, and therefor impossible to give them a definitive term for their overall strength.

If the character specificially mentions a multiplier that is then confimed multiple times (as long as it is not an ingame measurement of damage), then that multiplier would likely be considered.
