Almost didn't realize this was match was made, also you pinged my outdated username.

Anyway, I'll wait for the others for what they have to say with whatever Ali should be starting off with

Ali would lob one up to six tops at Streaky which if he dodges will ricochet off of surfaces until it strikes him.

Bump!

I see, what would really stop Streaky from just destroying the tops with his Heat Vision while he dodges them? Considering there isn't really much scans to really get the idea of the potency those tops has

The tops have survived direct attacks from plasma arrows before. I doubt a hot laser beam can destroy the, the only time one of these tops were destroyed is through sheer brute force that was far above their own weight class. Dodging sure, but it doesn't guarantee he can dodge the next ricochet after the next.

Far higher than Ali's durability.

Quick question to (re)start off, what does Ali actually have? I went through the profiles a bit and he seems to have stuff like iris and orbs and stuff.

Aii can spin-launch his tops at Streaky and if he misses, the tops will ricochet off of surfaces many times until they do hit.

Streaky fires laser beams.
Technically not just that, Streaky's pretty damn good at dodging considering his cowardice. His singing could stun Ali, his lasers could explode things near Ali with the right timing. He could also blow his tops back to Ali as well

Sure, but he'll be perforated by those tops if he was in anywhere but an open field.
His singing could stun Ali,
How long?
his lasers could explode things near Ali with the right timing.
Ali has a spinning yo-yo as a shield. So he could just block that.
He could also blow his tops back to Ali as well
Which Ali can simply lob back via magnetism.

I think for these sorts of things, we should take the timeframe as being relative to their other movements in the scene, and from that to their speed. Like, imagine Ali being in that scene, fighting at about the same speed Streaky is moving.

Still probably too long, since Streaky seemingly needs to focus, and would need to dodge/tank a lot of attacks in that time.

But still, it's not gonna be equalised to like 2 million seconds.

Bump.

For example?

Yep.

I don't know another way to phrase that.

Taking on the timeframe and the action and such. Because, I can't seem to get the gist of it.
So, you know how in Dragon Ball Namek was supposed to explode in 5 minutes and then there are hours of events?
When it comes to super speed characters, the time something is depicted to take isn't always how long it actually took.
As another example, consider a relativistic character throwing a punch. That should be way too fast for a human to perceive, but for us viewers it would be slowed down to the point we see the punch.

I believe what Agnaa is arguing is that we shouldn't take the 22 seconds to be literally 22 seconds, as the actual speed at which actions are taken could be sped up in this scene due to the super speed of the characters involved.
Instead, we should look at how many actions can be performed in those 22 seconds by the characters and assume that in speed equal the same amount of actions will be able to be performed by the opponent during that timeframe.

ah, that makes sense.

Ali in a split second could straight up launch his tops:

So, technically, Ali has a few dozen shots to stop the singing.

With the lack of discussion and after reading this again, I'm gonna start off by voting for Ali.
EDIT: Forgot to clarify that my vote can change when the discussion does go for a streaky win or an incon.

Even I'm confused with how the match really goes like this one, which is why I'm inputting much less

Bump!
