How do i rate Tier of characters, whose Attack Potency and Durability are extremely different? Either a whole Tier difference, or 2 parameters have same tier but one of characteristics has a "+".

Stone Wall is character who is a lot more durable than he is strong, and Glass Cannon is character who is a lot more strong than he is durable. E.G. naked average human with gun has 10-B Durability and 9-C Attack Potency, so he's a Glass Cannon; unarmed human in ballistic vest has 10-B Attack Potency and 9-C Durability, so he's a Stone Wall. So, in those examples, they would be 10-B or 9-C characters?

You only list the Character's attack potentcy in the Tier part, not their durability. You also have to distinguish between their sources of AP.
For example an average human with a gun would be "10-B physically, 9-C with a gun"

Is it correct to list all sources of attack potency and their durability?

For example, an average human with a gun would be "10-B physically, 9-C with a gun. 10-B Durability", and armored human without a gun would be "10-B. 9-C Durability".

For AP we list as: X tier physically, Y tier with Z in AP section

For Durability we list as: X tier, Y tier with Z in Durability section

... And overall Tier is based on Attack Power, regardless of Durability? This would mean, that Stone Walls are tougher than characters of same Tier, and Glass Cannons are weaker than characters of same tier.

not really, stone wall will be tougher than characters of the same tier yes, but Glass Canon is the same; they just have advantage due to having factors that produce stronger AP

For example both characters A and B are 5-C, but A have tier 4 via X, A will still be compared to 5-C tier, not tier 4, because A only have tier 4 via X

We just have out attack potency sections mimic our tiers, not durability section. And like AP, we list both their physical ap (Except for cases where they pretty much never fight physically) and the AP of whatever the weapons or supernatural powers they use. Whether they are stone walls or glass cannons, durability is separate from tier.

It does make sense from a definition standpoint, a stone wall standing among characters that can harm it but not vice versa isn't really a stone wall. Same for a glass cannon that is able to tank everything around it. That's what makes them stone walls and glass cannons, they stand out among peers
