Slight tier change:
No change to Stewie's preparation tier, however, his base tier should be revised. Shown here, Stewie is shown single handendly and athletitcally taking on a bunch of grown men by himself, while using only few items in combat. Therefore, Stewie should be upgraded to 10-A, or possibly even 9-C since is overpowering a bunch of grown men.
Also, a little addition to his Low 2-C tier, Stewie may of re-created the big bang, but his time machine also reversed the entire space time continuum, along with time backwards.
Weakness addition:
Despite being a supergenius, Stewie is still a baby, as he acts just like one at times, and he isn't really oblivious, he's short tempered and childish at times.
Powers and Abilities:
Like most other Family Guy characters, Stewie can manipulate the plot with delaying it by telling a cutaway, this one in particular seems reasonable.
