I made this before.
It kinda hinges on if Jenny goes close-combat or no.
If Jenny goes close combat, she'd most likely beat Steve up but with recoil damage from Thorns + Poison and Decay most likely brings Steve the barely win.
If Jenny goes ranged, she annihilates Steve by being around 5x stronger with Steve's downgrades. If we keep Saik's 25 kilotons she's arounds 2x stronger but it probably wouldn't help him since Steve.... sucks at ranged.

voting for Jenny (teen gurl bot) Steve always get owned by range arsenals.
(hashtag)SansVersusSteve is one sided battle, Steve barely wins against Undyne tho. Steve sux at range tho. PPL a minor advice Steve's sux at range opponents, so Steve shouldn't fight them. CQC battles are the best imo.

can't this be a stomp for jenny
potions won't affect on jenny-Steve can't even shot her with any kind of arrows via attack reflections for jenny-it's impossible for Steve to hit jenny in close range via flight and range
