There is alot of things wrong with some of the profiles, but the simplest change should be the tiers.

Now, onto 5-B and High 4-C scaling.

This comes from the United Nations of Earth, whose ships on their own can blow up planet and when grouped, can take down a Dimensional Horror, a High 4-C threat. The strange thing is, it seems only The Unbidden have it on their profile. And even then, it lists them at straight up High 4-C, when the case is only with grouped ships. Everybody and their mother scales to the UN of Earth and their ships, as they actually can get easily overrun by end-game threats, awakened fallen empires, and other civs if not careful.

"At least 5-B" comes from the fact that when grouped, the ships can take down a High 4-C being when grouped, despite them only being 5-B on their own.

So for this scaling, here are how the tiers should look:
Automated Dreadnought: At least 5-B (Superior to the Fallen Empire's strongest ship. Recognized as one of several flagships belonging to an unusually powerful empire by the Enclaves)
Hive Asteroid: Unknown, possibly 5-B (Described as once posing a significant threat to spacefaring civilizations by the Enclaves before their numbers have been severely culled over the last 500,000 years)
The Contingency: At Least 5-B, to at least High 4-C (Can contend with and easily overpower The United Nation of Earth)
The Unbidden: At least 5-B, to at least High 4-C (Can contend with and easily overpower The United Nation of Earth)
Prethoryn Scourge: At Least 5-B, to at least High 4-C (Can contend with and easily overpower The United Nation of Earth)
Fallen Empire: At least 5-B to at least High 4-C (Can contend with ships of end-game crises, such as that of The Contingency and Unbidden. Capable of overpowering The United Nation of Earth. Can completely ignore armor and bypasses shields with several weapons)
Enclaves: Unknown. Likely 5-B, possibly higher (Should not be inferior to Fallen Empires. Can completely bypasses shields)
Sentinel: At least 5-B, to at least High 4-C (Comparable to the Prethoryn Scourge. Can completely ignore armor and bypass shields with several weapons)

With that out of the way, onto another controversial topic.

Descaling from 2-C.

Now, the gods tiers (but not the worm lol) are 2-C. This is because of this feat. But here is the thing, where does it state it will destroy multiple universes at once? I have no doubt that they can consume universes, but there is no mention of them destroying multiple at the same time. Universes in Stellaris are Low 2-C, so here are the new tiers:
The Instrument of Desire: At least Low 2-C, possibly higher (One of the strongest shroud entities, and can control the existence (or in this case nonexistence) of a large section of it. While inferior to The End of The Cycle, it is not infinitely so. Superior to Zroni minor colony who could destroy universes)
The End of The Cycle: At least Low 2-C, possibly higher (Superior to Zroni minor colony who could destroy universes)
The Player (Stellaris): At least Low 2-C, possibly higher (Superior to Zroni minor colony who could destroy universes. Created everything in Stellaris which contains being like The End of The Cycle, as well as things like a floating teapot orbiting a sun being a shadow of a higher-dimensional object. Supposedly treats Stellaris, including said higher-dimensional beings, like a "simulation", with everything being prevented from experience it's "true existence", and trapped in "the shackles of virtual reality", and it has been stated the entity did this for its own amusement)

Well, that's all. For now.

As pointed as by Bobsican, in a new dlc you will be able to completely annihilate entire stars. Also since The Player created all of Stellaris, including the universes, his At least 2-C rating stays. So, here is what the new tiers should look like:

Automated Dreadnought: At least High 4-C: Large Star level (Superior to the Fallen Empire's strongest ship. Recognized as one of several flagships belonging to an unusually powerful empire by the Enclaves)

Hive Asteroid: Unknown, possibly High 4-C: Large Star level (Described as once posing a significant threat to spacefaring civilizations by the Enclaves before their numbers have been severely culled over the last 500,000 years)

The Contingency: High 4-C to least High 4-C: Large Star level (Can contend with and easily overpower The United Nation of Earth), up to at least Large Star level with enough firepower (Capable of severely damaging and killing a Dimensional Horror, far stronger than the The United Nation of Earth's fleets)

The Unbidden: High 4-C to least High 4-C: Large Star level (Can contend with and easily overpower The United Nation of Earth), up to at least Large Star level with enough firepower (Capable of severely damaging and killing a Dimensional Horror, far stronger than the The United Nation of Earth's fleets)

Prethoryn Scourge: High 4-C to at least High 4-C: Large Star level (Can contend with and easily overpower The United Nation of Earth), up to at least Large Star level with enough firepower (Capable of severely damaging and killing a Dimensional Horror, far stronger than the The United Nation of Earth's fleets)

Fallen Empire: High 4-C to at least High 4-C: Large Star level (Can contend with ships of end-game crises, such as that of The Contingency and Unbidden. Capable of overpowering The United Nation of Earth. Can completely ignore armor and bypasses shields with several weapons), up to at least Large Star level with enough firepower (Capable of severely damaging and killing a Dimensional Horror, shouldn't be weaker than The United Nation of Earth fleets)

Enclaves: Unknown. Likely High 4-C, possibly higher (Should not be inferior to Fallen Empires. Can completely bypasses shields)

The United Nation of Earth: High 4-C to at least High 4-C: Large Star level (Late game ships can trade blows with Prethoryn and Unbidden ships, and blow up entire planets. Can ignore conventional durability with several weapons), up to at least Large Star level with enough firepower (Capable of severely damaging and killing a Dimensional Horror, capable of destroying late-game crises)

Going by its description, The Player could keep the 2-C tier due to creating everything in Stellaris but the rest of the changes seems ok.

I think Low 2-C makes more sense for the tier, giving the current arguments, for the player. There is no elaboration that the Player can destroy all or multiple universes at once nor did it created more than one universe at once.

Honestly, I think postponing the High 4-C upgrade from the recent announcement should take place. There are situations where materials from game announcements don't make it in canon.
So, I rather we wait.
