Welp, lets get this over with real quick, with the recent tiering system changes SPG being tier 1 got axed, so the 1-Cs will be knocked down to 4-A from this feat

Welp, from the thousands of char. that got to Tier 1 thanks to Low 1-C one of them needed to suffer the consequences, I would recommend to add a note stating why we dont rate them at 1-C even with the dimension statements.

Someone needs to undo the summon tiering for the main group. Their summons are just 4-A now.
