I wasn't informed that he can buff to higher tiers and speed amp. Those sound a bit too OP for this tournament...

No, no that's Zero-One. Blade is pretty decent skill wise but yeah the RPL part is true.

We fixed the scaling chain a while ago. Blade's RPL now gives 3x amps at best and no more.
