I vote to Star-Lord due to Ahmed Sakr Salman's reason.

With their current 5-C versions, Star-Lord is baseline 5-C while Finn is about 1.4x that. Finn undoubtedly has much more experience dealing with massive beings, so Star-Lord's giant Pac-Man form shouldn't be anything Finn wouldn't be capable of dealing with. Finn goes on chaotic adventures on a regular basis, while Star-Lord's only used his celestial powers once.
Then there's Finn's Imagination Powers that give him access to Reality Warping, Teleportation, Limited Mind Manipulation, Biological Manipulation, Telekinesis, and Probability Manipulation. This gives Finn a huge edge in versatility and hax, although Star-Lord resists Mind Manipulation.
That, and Ego's 5-C feat is pretty debateable.
However I'm making a thread upgrading Star-Lord to 5-A via scaling to the Power Stone, in which case he'd be 1.2x stronger than the 5-A feat Finn scales to. And with his superior wits and mastery of thievery, he'd have a solid chance, but I still doubt it would help him in the long run when Finn brings out his hax.
