Gwen's hax is pretty basic stuff, compared to Phaeron, who has basically the +1 of what Gwen has.

The title will have no sense once I remove that match.

Aside from AP, which I think that Gwen has the advantage, the Necron pretty much has a counter to plenty of Gwen abilities, better matter manipulation with dura negation techinques, Mid-High Regen is going to screw her alot, being a machine will make the life-force useless, her other supporting abilities like light, water, earth, fire, plant, gravity, air, electricity etc will just annoy the Skullker until he beats with his superior hax.
