Stargate Ha'tak revision

Stargate deserves more love. To that end I'm going to give itself a whole verse for it. Starting with the ha'tak.

The kull warriors and replicators beneath them are still in the works so ignore those for now.

I'll leave this up for a few days then get some mods to approve it. I strongly doubt stargate has a large following here. This is a pretty large overhauls since the current ha'tak page is so bare bones.

That said, the major changes I'd want are already reflected in the sandbox. I'm just tweaking descriptions by this point.

Trying to reinforce this rule more often, so AP, Hyperdrive, Lifting, etc all need references, the same for abilities. It's fine if you want to do that after the CRT is accepted though.

Also, I'm pretty sure the ability to travel long distances with the Sublight Engine and Hyperdrive wouldn't qualify as range, as those are speed feats.

For the Sublight Engine and Hyperdrive (While I don’t know much of Stargate), it is already technically a form of FTL travel that does require distance to travel so it is a range feat and speed feat all in one
